Important Info.

Street parking is available just outside of the property and to the right of the property up towards the school. The school also opens its carpark for public use during school holidays and on weekends. Alternatively there is a public car park just a 7 minute walk away at Cartmel Racecourse.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property. If you would like to smoke, please do so in the yard area. 

Pets are also not permitted at Holly Cottage at this time.

Check in is from 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. If you would like to have an earlier check in or later check out, please get in touch and we will confirm if this is possible. You will receive a code for the lockbox which is situated to the left of the front door, prior to your arrival.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for your stay. You will also find cleaning supplies, toilet roll, linen, towels, an iron, hairdryer, ironing board, hoover, mop and some welcome treats too.

Cark and Cartmel Train Station is a four minute drive from the cottage with links to popular nearby towns, Grange and Ulverston. Just a two minute walk away down the causeway, you will reach ‘Clogger Beck’ bus stop with great links to surrounding area. 

There is an electric stove fire to keep you cosy in the living room, smart tv with amazon fire stick, DVDs, board games and a selection of books to keep you entertained as  well as free wifi throughout the property.
